Higher Dimension Blessings
This artwork is about the blessing the High Priest (Cohen Gadol) places on the children of Israel. Placing the name of God יהוה over us!
Bamidbar (Numbers) 6:23-27
Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying:
This is how you shall bless the children of Israel, saying to them:
"May הוה bless you and watch over you.
May הוה cause His countenance to shine to you and favor you.
May הוה raise His countenance toward you and grant you peace."
They shall bestow My Name upon the children of Israel, so that I will bless them.
The Cohen Gadol with the colorful breastplate representing the twelve tribes of Israel blesses with his hands... shaping the name of God and forming a triangle.
The ten commandments in paleo Hebrew appear in the back ground, the first three line up above the man, the other seven interestingly line up with specific areas of the man top to bottom.
It was a joy to create this artwork... God revealed so much to me through this piece... God blesses me every time I look at it. I hope that you will also be blessed by my art.
